For more than 20 years, Claudia Miller has been providing companies and private individuals in Southern California with Personal Property Appraisals and Estate Liquidations.  Claudia is a Certified member of the International Society of Appraisers, and a Registered graduate and member of the former Hansen's' Academy Appraisal Group.  All of Claudia's appraisals are prepared in compliance with the  Uniform   Standard of Professional Appraisal Practices (USPAP).  This appraisal standard is recognized by Federal bank regulatory agencies and other Federal and State authorities.  Claudia specializes in Residential Contents Appraisals, which includes antiques and collectibles.  Claudia's appraisals have helped meet the needs of Claim adjusters, Estate heirs, Moving companies, Realtors and the general public.
